DAC CLEANUP DUTIES
  1. Sweep floors, cleanup any spills with wet mop if needed.
  2. Remove and dispose of all trash/building materials/set/scenery/costume materials.
  3. returned cleaned chairs and tables to their original positions in the storage locations in the back of the green room.
  4. Leave the bathrooms and green room in the condition in which they were found.
  5. Close all windows and shutters.
  6. Replace any supplies used from storage room.
  7. Remove all signs from the front of the building, bring in OPEN flag, etc.
  8. Turn out ALL lights.
  9. Turn AC or HEAT down or off.
  10. Lock all doors leading outside.
  11. Report any problems or breakages immediately and return keys to DESIGNATED DAC EMPLOYEE.
  12. Cleanup will be a maximum of 48 hours after the close of an event, but may be less if another activity or event is scheduled to begin shortly after the close of an event.
DENMARK ARTS CENTER HOUSE RULES
  1. No smoking on premises or inside building.
  2. No alcohol may be sold on premises.
  3. Downstairs hall capacity is 75 persons. Upstairs hall capacity is limited to 45 persons.
  4. Parking is ont he east side of the building, at Bicentennial Park, or on the street. No parking on west side of building.
  5. Hours of use are 8 am to 11 pm.
  6. Be respectful of the residential character of the area, limit noise and traffic accordingly.
  7. Arts shows and exhibits may be hung ONLY  on the eight white panels in the downstairs hall. The stage may be used with proper equipment (easels, display racks, etc)
  8. Windows and doorways/fire exits MUST be kept clear.

Jackson Ski Touring Foundation Public Potluck and Bonfire. Potluck dinners at Jackson Ski Touring Foundation are a long tradition of social gathering and great food. This first potluck of the season will be preceded by a sacrificial "burning of the skis" bonfire and snow dance! Olympian Charlie Kellogg has donated a pair of his skis used in the 1964 Military World Championships. Bids to save the skis, and raise money for the nonprofit, have been ongoing throughout November. Come find out if the Snow Deity will be appeased! Bonfire starts at 5:30 p.m. Potluck starts with appetizers at 6 p.m. People are asked to bring a dish to feed six to eight people and settings for their party. "Star in the East" Craft Fair. The Pythagorean Chapter 169, Order of the Eastern Star, in Fryeburg, will hold its annual craft fair 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Masonic Hall on Portland Street. Listen to carols as you shop and enjoy the wonderful aromas of Christmas. There will be wreaths, baked goods, ornaments, hand made crafts, a white elephant table and much more.

Snowflake Festival And Skating Rink Ribbon Cutting.Celebrate the holidays in Schouler Park in North Conway Village with the Snowflake Festival, 3-7 p.m., at Norcross Circle Shops; Schouler Park Skating Rink Ribbon Cutting at 4 p.m. and Schouler Park Tree Lighting at 5 p.m. M&D Productions will be perform a scene from "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas" and will lead the onlookers in Caroling.
Great Glen Craft Fair. The 12th Annual Great Glen Craft Fair will be held at the Great Glen Trails Outdoor Center lodge on Route 16 in Pinkham Notch on Saturday, November 24 from 9am to 3pm. More than 30 talented crafters and artisans will be on site with their diverse array of handmade offerings. Also included in the day will be a bake sale and a benefit raffle which will support the Great Glen Trails Bill Koch Youth Ski League. Effingham Holiday Craft Festival. Magnetic Moon Fairs and Festivals is once again proud to be presenting The Effingham Holiday Craft Festival 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at Effingham Elementary School. White Mountain Art Exhibit. The Museum of White Mountain Art at Jackson presents its inaugural exhibition "The Road to Jackson: a Journey through the White Mountains of New Hampshire." The exhibition features 44 nineteenth century paintings of artists of the White Mountain School of Art from private collections. The museum is open Saturdays and Sundays 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and other days by chance or appointment. The museum is in Jackson's historic Town Hall, which also houses exhibits illustrating the history of Jackson.

Redstone Quarry Program. Steve Swenson, local granite history enthusiast, will present a slide show and lecture for the North Conway Public Library at 7 p.m. at the Mount Washington Weather Discovery Center on Main Street in North Conway Village (next to Citizens Bank). 'Sing and Play the Blues with Willie J. Laws.' Art Council of Tamworth is bringing Texas bluesman Willie J. Laws to Tamworth. He will be at the Tamworth Lyceum from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for “Sing and Play the Blues with Willie J. Moose Man Presentation. The Lakes Region Chapter of the Audubon Society of New Hampshire will feature a presentation titled "The Moose Man" at 7:30 p.m. at the Loon Center in Moultonborough. Rick Libbey, now commonly known as the Moose Man, has been photographing moose from as close as four feet away for 25 years, using a camera on a monopod in his kayak. Willie J. Laws Workshops and Concert. Art Council of Tamworth is bringing Texas bluesman Willie J. Laws to Tamworth. In the morning, Laws will be at the K.A. Harvest Supper and Pie Auction. St. Andrew's-in-the-Valley Episcopal Church, located at 678 Whittier Road in Tamworth (just off of Route 25 West), will its Harvest Supper and Pie Auction annual fundraiser. Jackson Ski Touring Foundation Public Potluck and Bonfire. Potluck dinners at Jackson Ski Touring Foundation are a long tradition of social gathering and great food.
